The part of a journey most likely to go wrong is the part you cannot see coming. Atara watches it for you, so that the first word you receive about a delay is usually accompanied by what has already been arranged.

Once a flight is ticketed, Atara monitors it around the clock — schedule changes, delays, and cancellations surface to your advisor without you reporting them.

When a journey is disrupted, recovery options are prepared and reviewed by your advisor — including how to rebook you without surrendering the elite status you have earned.
A Brief Each Morning
On every day of your journey, a short brief is prepared for you: the day ahead, the weather where you are standing, and anything that moved overnight.
Monitoring covers flights recorded in your Atara itinerary. Rebooking and status treatment remain subject to each airline's and program's own rules and availability.
The Atara Vault
Approved members sign in — by passwordless email link or Google — to a private member application holding their itinerary, travel documents, and concierge messaging. No account is created by signing in; access is provisioned by Atara in advance.
